My fitness journey started after college, when staying football-ready turned into a passion for helping others transform. I began coaching at Equinox in 2016, quickly rising to Tier 3+ and earning certifications through NASM, ISSA, Precision Nutrition, TRX, ViPR, and more. Growing up in Harlem, NY sports kept me grounded. Football eventually took me to college and semi-pro play, shaping the discipline and drive I bring to every client. Today, I’m in the best shape of my life because I stay committed to growth, learning, and mastery. After leaving Equinox with 30+ active clients, I launched my own business with just six — and built it into a community of over THOUSANDS of people trained through private sessions, bootcamps, and classes. The demand has grown so much that I now hire other trainers to support the team. My mission is to make wellness accessible. I offer small-group training, long-term discounts, and referral incentives, with plans to open a gym that brings training, nutrition, and recovery together under one roof.
